Vertical Head (Translations) – Post earning her MBA in HR she served a niche Internet Start-up focusing on Home Security Systems. She led the technical recruiting efforts, which doubled the size of the engineering team in 6 months. She soon discovered her passion towards team-building and this is when she joined Crescendo as a part of the core team and in 2 years built a team of 150 vibrant, engaged community of professionals that readily collaborate, share ideas, and offer constructive feedback.
