Ashutosh is the founder of Enlight Enablers, a mentoring and enabling platform for SME entrepreneurs with a mission to unlock the growth potential of 1000 SME’s by 2024.
He started his career with BMR Advisors in process advisory vertical. He has been part of several projects of Business Process Improvement, Internal Audit, Performance Improvement, Process Review, Internal Audits, etc. across varied industries like Shipping, Logistics, Construction, Agro-chemical and Malls.
In early 2010, he went to become an entrepreneur and built Basil Partners along with like-minded professionals. From 2010-2013, He led many high profile delisting transactions relating to shareholder awareness programs for multinational companies like Atlas Copco, Alfa Laval, Fairfield Atlas, etc. He also catered to SME’s for growth advisory, business process improvement, merger and acquisition, buybacks, transaction structuring, project finance, dispute settlements, negotiations, etc.
He is a Chartered Accountant & Chartered Financial Analyst. He is commerce graduate from N. M. College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai
