He started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 18 doing quantitative research with IMRB. Post earning a B.Com Honors Degree from the Mumbai University with Business Management and Economics as his majors, he embraced his entrepreneurial spirit by setting up 3 market leading companies operating in different domains of “IT, Human Resource and ITES”. All the companies have been doing extremely well and setting industry benchmarks since their inception, with a rich and increasing clientele of MNC’s like WIPRO, IBM, TATA’s, Samsung, Hindalco, HDFC, ICICI, HUL, USL etc.
Being simultaneously involved in the IT and HR streams for 7 years played its benefit and led to an opportunity to serve the Global ITES market. He formed the third company named: Crescendo”. Crescendo started transcribing files for US based “Fox Transcribe”. The entrepreneur within him again called upon with an idea of offering the same services to the Indian market and since that day Crescendo has never looked back, today Crescendo serves more than 50 MNC’s with its unique offerings.
